1. What is the progress of Novaworld Phan Thiet project?
From the beginning of 2020 until now, the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project site (Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan) has kept the pace of construction urgently to complete on schedule.
- 01/2021: Completion of 4 duplex villas – Florida interior, welcome visitors (area 10 x 20).
- 01/2021: Completed the inside of Club House 4000m2 of golf course in front of Hon Gio street.
- 01/2021: Exterior completion of 100 Florida American style model homes in Zone 3 (area 12 x 20, 10 x 20, 8 x 20).
- 01/2021: The internal road of Phase 1 has been paved, Lac Long Quan beach.
- December 26, 2020: Novaland hands over the first 19 Shophouses at NovaWorld Phan Thiet to the luckiest customers.
- December 10, 2020: Signing contract for consulting, management and operation of Mövenpick hotel and Condotel at NovaWorld Phan Thiet project between Novaland and Accor group.
2. Update the latest construction progress of Novaworld Phan Thiet project in 4/2022
- The 16ha marine park is under construction of the admin center (sos / security / fire prevention / marine park operation).
- 5 restaurants are under construction at the same time, Au Lac & Marina restaurant is under construction in March 2021.
- Shophouse area 115 units will be handed over in June 2021.
- Mövenpick Hotel Q1 / 2022 Will operate, the pile foundation has been completed.
- 25ha park, being cleared to make a gate, construction in March, Water Park will be completed by the end of 2021, and will be delivered by the end of 2022.
- Model area of 44 fully furnished Florida apartments is under construction and is expected to be completed in June.
- The radial road has been completed, landscape is being planted.
- April 18 is expected to open Ocean Golf course at Clubhouse Golf.
- The Sport Complex next to the golf course has been completed. In March, additional construction of Citigym 3000m2.
- Main Center NovaWorld is leveling ground, starting construction of car museum, Alantic architectural hotel.
- Shophouse Atlantic – Santorini started leveling in March – expected to launch sales at the end of March.
